This blog is for Charlie’s web site, and it is in English, despite the “Français” category. For my other blog in French, and for my web site in French, see and use the “Blogroll”. My “Main Post” category is mostly for general news and information, and occasionally for news about myself and my family. In general, the “Main Post” category should contain news and information which is good or neutral, although “bad” news will often be found there. I must admit that the “Main Post” category often contains news or information which shows the “grouchy” side of my character.
My “Decadence” category is for news and information which, in my opinion, shows a deterioration in the culture of western civilization, especially in the United States, with most of these being in the fields of politics, economics and “entertainment”.
My “Funny or Odd” category is for news and information that I find odd or funny, and yet is probably not an example of decadence.
Due to an increasing amount of spam which harmful users via automatic software send to my blog as comments, I am disabling the ability for users to make comments, with only a very few exceptions.
